We were tasked to bring together the North and South Asia teams for an internal kickoff for Campari, the first in 2 years. Uniting the team's and bringing together new product, thought leadership and immersion was a key focus of the brief for Sight to build the pathway beyond 2022.

The Insight

Since Covid had caused so much change in travel and sales particularly in the duty free vertical, it was essential to bring together the North and South Asia teams to be united together for imperatives moving forward in the new never normal.

The Strategy

The strategic purpose of the 2022 "Together as One" conference was to solidify the foundational alignment and accelerate the collective commercial capabilities required to deliver Campari Group's aggressive growth and premiumization agenda in the highly diverse North and South Asia (APAC) region.

Following a period of significant macro challenges and strategic focus on digital capabilities and sustainable growth in 2022, this event must serve as the crucial launchpad for shared regional execution. The core objective was not simply to inform, but to break down existing market silos, foster a singular Camparista culture, and translate global strategic priorities (like Responsible Drinking and Sustainability) into unified, market-specific action plans across North and South Asia.

The Mission
We were tasked to bring together the North and South Asia teams for an internal kickoff for Campari, the first in 2 years.
The Execution

Sight crafted a 3 day on and off premise experience for Campari Group, with gala awards dinner and keynote and plenary brand sessions. 

Our role included a turnkey approach working with the brand team, and Campari team to deliver all project management, design, crafted content, environmental, experiences and logistics for the event .Bringing together the North and South Asia teams for an internal kickoff, the first in 2 years, Sight crafted a 3 day on and off premise experience for Campari Group, with gala awards dinner and keynote and plenary brand sessions.
